Change, and tell the teacher about your body — old injuries, surgery, pregnancy, anything that hurts this week.

Mats, blocks, ropes, bolsters and blankets are all here. Wear something you can move in; we practise barefoot.

Nobody is asked to force anything. If a pose is out of reach, you do the version that isn’t. That is not a lesser practice; it is the practice.
